All treatments are performed or supervised by our Lead Paramedical Aesthetician. Because we specialize in medical-grade, non-invasive procedures, a professional skin analysis or consultation is required for all new clients. We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is medically contraindicated for your safety.

2. Booking, Cancellations & No-Shows

Your time is valuable, as is ours.

• Advance Booking: We recommend scheduling appointments at least 2 days in advance.

• Cancellation Policy: We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

• Late Arrivals: To ensure every client receives the full “Blush Experience,” late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time.

3. Clinical Health & Safety Disclosure

Clients are responsible for providing an accurate and complete medical history. This includes disclosing allergies, current medications, and pre-existing skin conditions (such as dermatitis or cystic acne). This information is vital to ensure your safety and the effectiveness of our treatments.

• Data Collection: We collect contact details and confidential health histories solely to provide safe, personalized aesthetic care.

• Confidentiality: Your clinical records, including “Before & After” photos, are kept strictly confidential. Photos are never shared publicly or on social media without your explicit written consent.

• Security: We use secure systems to protect your data from unauthorized access. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
